A focussed two-year diploma — Fiqh, Aqidah, Hadith and Shamail — on Monday evenings at Moseley Community Hub, Birmingham. Ran from October 2023.
The Diploma in Islamic Studies is a focussed 2-year course which provides students with an intermediate level of study in some of the essential Islamic Sciences. Taught by English-speaking scholars, this course is ideal for all those who desire a deeper understanding of Islamic law, Islamic belief, Prophetic sayings and the Qur’an.
The primary aim of the course is to equip students with a contextualised and analytical study of the relevant subjects, with a high emphasis on providing all students with a practical understanding of what they learn. Assessment is by end-of-year tests for each subject.
The course took place every Monday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Moseley Community Hub, 486 Moseley Road, Birmingham B12 9AH, starting Monday 9th October 2023. Open to brothers and sisters aged 16 and over. Cost: £250 per year payable by direct debit — first payment on enrolment, the second half-way through the year.
