Maulana Sajid Munir

Maulana Sajid is the son of the founder of the Al Ghazzali Institute, Hazrat Sufi Muhammad Munir (ra). He began his Islamic studies at a young age under the tutelage of his honourable father, and eventually enrolled in Hijaz College, becoming one of the youngest students to enrol on the Dars e Nizami syllabus. He graduated with a BA in Islamic Law and Theology alongside approximately 20 others in the class of 2000 from Hijaz College, having completed 6 years of rigorous study. Maulana Sajid is a qualified Solicitor, practicing in Leicester in the area of Crime. He regularly appears in Courts around the country representing his client. Maulana Sajid has a particular interest in Fiqh and History and has continued his study after his graduation. He is also teaching as part of the Al Ghazzali Institute on the Diploma course.
